Starting Out and Rolling Out BPM Programs – This course sets out to help organizations ensure that their BPM projects are successful, ensuring they have the right organizational context.

It is based on and extends our celebrated white papers The Keys to BPM Project Success and Developing a Repeatable BPM Capability. It provides the organization with an actionable plan, a set of tools and a framework within which to apply them. It also includes a range of best practices to observe and pitfalls to avoid on the journey.

Other Programs Available (Dates To Be Announced)

Understanding BPM – A general overview of BPM and the benefits it can bring. This program focuses on the needs of senior Line of Business Managers, IT CIO and Executives. Effectively, this is a cut down version of Starting Out and Rolling Out BPM Programs

Process 101 – A beginner’s guide on what BPM and process modeling are all about. Focused more at the level of individual change agents, giving them the basic skills they need to be effective. This is a course incorporates Understanding BPM, along with introductions to the key modeling techniques (BPMN, RADs) along with an overview of Process Analysis techniques.

These general BPM training courses are complemented by further specialist courses (e.g. Advanced Process Modeling).
